Resonance & Renewal is a guided reflective experience that uses music, listening, writing, and creative awareness to support personal insight, self-reflection, and inner clarity. It is a self-guided listening experience that you do independently at your own pace.
Resonance Mapping is a guided reflection process that explores recurring themes, emotional patterns, tensions, and underlying narratives within your writing.
Using journal entries, lyrics, poetry, or personal reflections, the process helps identify patterns in the way you think, relate, communicate, and experience yourself and others; in the context of patterns that are found in your writing.
It offers a structured perspective that can support greater self-awareness and insight.
When you purchase the Resonance Mapping session, you will email your writing to us and we will send you a report based on recurring patterns of thought seen in your writing sample.
The Resonance & Renewal listening module costs $27 CDN.
It is currently being offered at an Introductory rate of $17 CDN until Summer 2026.
The Resonance Mapping session costs $47 CDN. Once you send in your writing, you will receive your report within 24 hrs.
No musical experience is required.
The listening experience is approximately 7 minutes long. You are encouraged to listen as many times as you like as you may find your experience changes day to day. The reflection piece is yours to enjoy at your own pace.
Once you purchase the Resonance & Renewal program you will have lifetime access to the audio files and workbook. You can download and listen anytime without wifi access.
No, this is not meditation though it does share qualities. In this program, we don't go as "deep" as one might in meditation, it is intended that we approach the listening and indeed ourselves; with compassionate curiosity.
